Our last attempt for a girl ended up giving us a set of fraternal twin boys. They are now 4 1/2. Life in general, kids and all the responibility thereof can really zap a persons energy. I think it's probably best for you not to get burned out and just start posting again when it's fun for you. I took about a year off from real estate when our market slowed down here in Phoenix in 10/05 and I closed the doors on my brokerage in 9/06. I was exhausted and at the time tired of being accountable to anyone but my family. I did get to spend more time on and learning the web. It's made me more noticable on the web but nothing like the group of web guys you run with. Anyway, good luck on that new baby of yours. I see more sleep deprivation in your future.
