I've been entertaining the part-time freelance cowboy gig for awhile now and I'd much rather make it a full-time kind of deal. I'll refrain from pointing any fingers for the fact that my current employer occasionally reads this site, but I'll just mention (out of some sort of respect) that I'm looking for more growth.
