I get 80 pieces of junk for every real email, worse on weekends. However, I can't bring myself to sign up with any spam service that works on challenge/response. Anyone that feels the need to email me that isn't already on my 'Good Senders' list has taken the simple "Are you a human?" test and added themselves to the legitimate senders list. Those that I've set up on my legitimate list prior add up to about 20 or so senders. These include family, friends and email lists. I've attempted to cover all bases but realize that I might have missed someone. If that's the case I'm confident that they would take the test to prevent themselves from being shut out. To each his own, right? I was just tired of the massive amounts of spam and having an unbalanced ratio of spam to email wears you down. I’ve had a good success rate so far.

I had heard about KnowSpam before but it is much better to hear a testimonial of someone like me about how damn good it is. Looks like best $20/year you can spend on. In my case, what's getting on me these days is mail viruses. Tons of them. I have strong antivirus settings and all, but it is getting to the point of being unbearable.
