Sucky to Savvy
When developing a web page, it’s crucial to take into account your audience. With that in mind, you also should avoid certain pratfulls especially if you are working in a professional environment.
We’ve all visited these kinds of sites with blaring MIDI(Musical Instrument Digital Interface) music and a rainbox color scheme. Its bad enough to have an appalling presentation but to couple it with superfluous sound will immediatedly cause the user to exit your site, run to the shower and cleanse themselves of the experience.
Preventing these kinds of blunders will in the long run convey a better presentation and you might earn a place in their favorites.
Jeffrey Glover’s web site, Sucky to Savvy showcases several of the most abysmal mistakes used in web sites. It also presents several savvy methods to web development including fluid layouts, etc.
Worth a look for the novice and a chuckle for the experienced developer.

Thanks beto. It’s been great getting advice from you in regards to various CSS techniques.
As I mentioned, Zeldman according to his book would ask Eric Meyer any chance he could get to better improve his skills.
I tried to make the blog cleaner and more personal, per say while still retaining a professional look. I’ve always been interested in amusement parks (even had the opportunity to work at one a few years back, of which I’ve wrote about on here). Also, the reason I chose the ferris wheel was partly due to the book Tuck Everlasting, life is just a wheel and again my fascination of amusement parks and circus life.
Anyways, I’m long winded.. again, thanks for your help.
